Just one of the heads on a scale in grams should do to find out the general weights of what everyone spins

Flowpoi Duo - 135g
Sock normally - 190g (for outside in wind)
Sock - 90g
Monkeyfist wrapped for indoor practice- 245g
Naked monkeyfist - 210g

I have glowsticks, no idea about the weight.
As for the sock poi I crudely craftedyesterday... xD A cup of rice in each. They're bloody heavy.

My normal socks are 200g. My light ones are 160g.

Not sure about my home-made flags and my firep set.

A cup of rice makes for 200g heads.

I use 150 usually (Head only) Thats 3/4 of a cup. This is perfect for me.

I also have a 200g set that I use for some movements, but its not preferred.

Fire poi are too light for me, cathedral heads 100g unfuelled. Should weigh them fuelled.
