Its always worth checking out smile

At the moment the beautiful comet Lulin is visible in the late night close to Saturn. For those of you lucky not to live in a city it should be easy to spot. Greenish in the south east - or just go HERE for a more detailed description.

I think they saw it over in SE Wisconsin two nights ago. Over my hometown. I of course missed it

Living in Manchester means that I can hardly see the sky at all. Just an orange glow. On top of that its been really cloudy most nights recently.

@ Mr. Majestik - couldnt find the "home of the tiney toothy bear" In Google Maps - but if you are familiar with starconstellations it is passing Leo. Map of where to look

Hey Analemma-
Mr Majestik, like me, is in the southern hemisphere. He's damn near the Antarctic actually, in Tasmania. We don't get to see it. Sigh. We had a big one a few years ago that was cool though... in a cometty smudgy sort of way....

.....Can't juggle balls but I sure as hell can juggle details....

i'm not THAT close to antarctica! top temperature in tassie this summer was about 44 degrees celcius i believe (broke the old record).
