Posted:I just bought a 2ish kg Duckling from the Market and realized that I have no idea how to cook it. So, does anyone out there have any good recipes or tips and tricks for cooking it up all good and tasty like?

But I think Cooks might help you, some of the recipes aren't so detailed but you should have an idea wink

Posted:Hmm, Well, I was lazy and bought an already dead and de featherd duck to eat. I know, I could have bout a live duck and killed and prepared for that real home cookin experience. But, after a long day at work of inputtin data in to Excel Worksheets I just can't muster the energy to kill my own dinner

Posted:Yeah. Set the oven to 350F. Put the duck in an oven bag with some broth (1/4 c), a bit of garlic, a finely chopped oven, and a teaspoon or so of flour. Let it roast as long as the recommended time is for duck (look it up).

And you'll have a duck.

Bird tastes even better when the garlic is put under the skin. just make some slits into the skin, and fill them with garlic/herbs/whatever you like.
