how about
love
or
happiness

or:
the moon on a stick
a grain of rice on the first square of a chess board, 2 on the next, 4 on the next.... etc till you've covered all 64.
a season ticket to clapham common
a coat made out of carpet
a nice cup of tea
a box to stop people grabbing your balls
A left handed felching plate
alright what about a frottaging block.

I recommend something that will last more than 10 years.

Hmmm, some very nice pressies there. Yesterday was my 27th and I got some interesting pressies including My mother paid money owing on my credit card, an acrylic so that I can start contact, a lovely meal at a local rest., Magical mushies, pretty things to hang on my wall, clothes.

Well your ideas for pressies sounds wicked. When is your birthday?

Here are some pressie ideas.

- musical socks

- An ever lasting gobstopper

- A night of sweet loving with a selection of lovlies from playboy

- The abilty to spin doubles with your toes

- A stick of rock from blackpool

- A big wet kiss from Smallboy

Oh I forgot, it does not need to be your birthday for you to get one of those

Jon, sounds like you have lots of lovely pressies to choose from already. Seems to be somewhat of a poi theme going on.

Okay some serious suggestions that are non poi related. I am totally in love with the Shisha we got for our party last week. Very very nice, you could get one of those. What about a fab leather bean bag sofa for your new room? A yellow tracksuit. Um, okay I can't think of anything else without getting silly again

My office gave me a Raclette grill so I am looking foward to winter fondue nights as well as sukiyaki, yakisoba, okonamiyaki, ynum nyum!

I can't remember my 18th pressie, think it was a watch. For my 21st my parents bought me a return ticket to Japan. You could have a nice holiday somewhere - go and visit our Aussie HOP friends!

I think the frottaging block is the best idea so far.

And, knowing you, probably the one that would get the most use

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

Jon I've got the 1m ones and I have to say that they are very sturdy indeed.

Have a play with mine tomorrow night.....(ohh so many jokes could come out of that comment).

if you're used to heavy staves, these will feel like toothpicks - if you usually have heavy wicks, the inertia just won't be there - so eletroglo staves will just fly off when you over compensate.
this problem is easily solved though, if you practice very slowly, then build up speed - the benefits to your wrist agility will be incredible!
