The UN has officially warned Labour about Freedom of Speech and Human Rights. WOO! it's nice to see that in oficialdom there are still people who think what our governments are doing is wrong. now can we get on with indicting Bush, Blair, Howard, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Brown etc with war crimes?

yay. the UN should me mandated to criticise all governments
reminding governments that they are not perfect does no harm in my book.

But then you are inpinging on THEIR rights, and will be just as bad as them.
How about you just forgive them, and run for office yourself to do a better job. Can't be that hard considering their track records.

I suggest seriously shutting down the import of tea as a UN sanction until the situations in question are remedied.

On a more serious note there are quite a few countries that have UN embargos on trade against them, but that mostly refers to import or export of weapons. I think tea would hit the UK harder.
