I agree, it's fab- especially marinated in olive oil with garlic, thyme and mint and added to veggie kebabs MMMmmmmmmmm....

My personal fave will always be Shropshire Blue, but when I'm feeling a little richer I do like a bit of Roquefort smile

When my family were in France the people at the cheese shop made the mistake of patronising us and saying cos we weren't French we wouldn't be able to handle the strong cheeses...not impressed.

I'm also a big fan of Jarlsberg. We used to eat it as part of breakfast when I was living in Norway. A great cheese for breakfast? I was in heaven!

But I think my favourite cheese of all time (probably even more so because I can't find it over here) is beaufort cheese. It comes from the tiny town of Beaufort, high in the french alps.
Fresh from the cheese factory, eaten on fresh french bread as part of a picnic high up in the alps... ubblove
