What would be the best way to cover poi heads after a spin. I wont have time to get the kerosene out by soaking in water so normal head covers wont do.

Would the best way be to just cover with plastic bags then put an elastic band around then put a sock over each head?

I will be trying to cover the smell and them soaking through whatever they are covering

Thanks

Spin with something other than Kero so your heads stink less and are less sooty.
My heads come off the chains (Gottolove HOPpoi) and can go into a ziplock bag and so not make the handles all oily and other stuff all sooty. I would then put them into a Tupperware style container to seal them up tight.

Is it the Truth?

Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?
Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?

confused I abandoned the water procedure way back. Just a pain in the neck to get them burning next time.

dip them after burn
put plastic bag
put sock
tie the sock with shoelace ---> simple way of keeping the smell and kero inside

Same works without dipping them wink Other than that I got my heavy duty head protexion, but it's a shhhhecret wink

My issue would be what the heat does to the plastic bag....

Ah. That makes a bit more sense. Will give it a go.

Using Candle Oil, the smell isn't too bad at all ^,^;. Granted that, I still keep em in my garage.
