Posted:Hi was searching through the threads but could find no info on the history of breathing fire. A couple vague suggestions that it may have originated in Egypt or India but that was it.
If anyone has any links or other material I could get I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

I remember when "A history of firespinning" cam up...

Boy did that cause some contraversy...

The existance of flamethrowers says that someone, somewhere, at sometime said "I need to set that thing on fire, but it's too far away."

In an attempt to actually be helpful to you I will say that I have no idea on the history of it and would imagine it'd be quite hard to find it, good luck looking though

I posted it up.

It's buried in another fire breathing thread though.

So right now I am going to move this to the help section, come back later when I am awake and leave you with that it has been traced back to ancient Syria and Greece.
