to be honest, I never fully understood the theory of paracircle. Im pretty sure a video visual would make it click, but the text of the threads got beyond me.

could you point me to the thread describing an oli loop?

what is the difference in planes for a Hangman and the Snag? I feel there is some subtle change there that isn't quite made clear.

Is the Shot from the elbow or the knee or where? If I got you right, its the elbow shot that Noel-ski uses (what Arashi, I think, calls the Dragon's Tongue)

What I like is the transition from Float to Infinite to Wind-Up. I want to try that out. Its an interesting arrangement.

btw, I couldnt get the txt link to do anything. Any chance you are video capable yet?

umm I said this? redface wink

I got NO clue what you're talking about, Richee... any pictures or videos available?

Reminds me of my first approach to Tai Chi:

(...) caress and separate, turn to the left, sit back monkey, push forwards, turn to the right, hands back to back, float down to the centre, lift hands, cheese squeeze (...)

confused

btw code-red.txt link doesn't work

He's just stringing together a series of individual moves together in a particular path. It makes for a rather complex combination exercise.

Take the part I pointed out above. Spin a forward weave and bring it into wallplane. I dont think the extension is necessary here, but it probably does look pretty. Do a horizontal stall with one poi and have it fall into the path of the other so that you immediately transition into an infinite hyperloop. Next, twist the hyperloop and insert your hands into the path of the poi so that they wrap and reverse. As they unwind the hyperloop, you've just done a move Rovo calls the Wind-Up. (very fun move). The next step is to immediately try and get the reverse weaving poi to catch on your elbow or knee and then kind of slip past. It causes the the poi to shoot forward (aka Shot).

Its about there that I lose the train of thought. But that's only because Im not versed enough in the 5 moves that follow the Shot.

The last section "Bidirectional", Richee is just stating to do the same starting from the opposite direction/side.

and yes, you did say that! Course, I have no idea if you were sober at the time. ;P

Except 'bidirectional' and 'tap', all of them,

has at least picture or video.

Example of bidirectional, that I thought

before, is the paracircle. No mirror, no

framing, plain same path.

Richee, why the "yelling" (bold and caps)? cool

This combo is then called "Code-Red"? Find me confused and spank me, if necessary.

I'm .comPletely not aware of too many names - not saying it's for "geeks only" (as Jerome today admitted he doesn't know either), just that there is no "Code Poi" that I'd know by heart...

"Poi theorist" shrug of course this explains it
