Learn everything forwards, then learn it all backwards.
Then learn everything forwards anti spin, then learn it all backwards anti spin too.

Then pick one arm to do one thing, whilst the other does a totally different move.

Then do everything in a different place (if you learnt in front of you, try behind the head).

Then make a cup of tea and bring it to me.
With some biscuits.
