Just wanted to gush at how much HOP rocks, especially their support.
I ordered something for my boyfriend, and unfortunately the item was accidentally left out of the package. I was kind of bummed, because now I won't be able to give it to him in time for Christmas, but I chatted with someone on the online tech support and all I have to say is HOP rocks and takes care of their members.
So woot woot for HOP and how they take care of their members, its the reason I order my products from you guys
