Posted:I do the 3 and 5 beat and do turn arounds while spinning wool. The only thing I suggest is wearing a bandana, I synged my hair the first time I did it by having a piece land in my hair. Otherwise if you are not a girlscout it is not really scary. Just remember the harder you spin the farther it flys. smile
