On a unicycle is better. Even better when you're blind.

Yes with fire, and likewise found this to be very rewarding, occaisionally put this into shows, on stilts is good, and on stilts blindfolded (wait I'm not sure thats possible) could be better although there are balance issues with stilts blindfolded.

Excellent. Glad to hear I'm not the only crazy one, what kind of tools do you usually use blindfolded?

Blind twirling is fun! If you're practising it can help you get the tricks downpat too; you rely more upon a kinesthetic sense of where the poi are, as opposed to seeing them.

yes indeed, not so distracted by the eyes and seeing stuff.
it can also help with your overall sense of where things are in relation to oneself, rather than just using the eyes the whole time, what if your eyes suddenly started tricking you into thinking something else was there when it wasn't, this way they wouldn't be able to that's what.

you just lost the game!!!!!! !!!!!

you should close your eyes more often, usually people use their eyes to determine whether they're sideways, upright ect, that way your body will get used to figuring out where you are in relation to everything else and help you stay balanced (remember: its the fluid in you ears that tells your brain which way up you are, that's why when you spin around in circles for a while and stop you get dizzy because all the liquid in your ears is still moving.), you could try walking along a line blindfolded (i find having your eyes closed rather than being blindfolded doesn't have so much of an effect on people because having something on your face will take your attention away from whatever you'r doing)or jumping to a certain spot on the floor, preferably outside, or just poi eyes closed.

if you want to improve you Blind Awareness and Balance (BAB)that is, in my opinion its good to try and improve wherever you can (that's not to say you should be doing that kind of stuff all the time)doing a wide variety of things, activities and movements, as it helps to have a more balanced and overall healthy body.
on the other hand people may not have time for that kind of thing and may enjoy spending their time in other ways (not that it takes allot of time)

i've gone on too long i'll shut up now smile

wow i'm surprised how much of a difference it makes, certanly a very different feeling.

I think it would help with not being distracted with where to look.

I was having issues mastering btb weave, kept stuffing it up, i was actually looking at myself doing it in a mirror which was helping and doing it with my eyes closes was even better.

I think alot of problems when your trying to learn new moves is focusing on watching what your doing instead of focusing on what your supposed to be doing.

Changes your posture if you are trying to watch your hands all the time.
