The colour of the flame is interesting and you see the first guy having his head sprayed with something right at the start. Alcohol maybe? Definately looks like there's some kind of fuel burning, maybe they have a few seconds while it burns off before their hair catchs (or before too much of their hair burns)? Any of this sound likley?
