Weeto's are the best cereal
not your oaty raisin cereal
that is not the best cereal
because that is Weeto's

they are round and wheaty and chocolatey and they have a professor on the front

(although back in the mid-to-late 80s i remember the front of the pack had a young cartoony chap with a crazy blonde sticky-up hairstyle instead. i can't remember his name, but it definitely wasn't Rodney)

At least i think that's what they are called, the little browny/gray things that when you add milk it all sticks together?

It's expensive but well worth it as a treat...

I used to like the old version of Kellogs Special K, when they used to be little round crispy circles, but they changed them into a warped version of Corn Flakes.

I like the chocolate pillows, where its crispy chocolate flavour crunchy stuff with chocolate goo inside. It turns the milk like chocolate milkshake mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I vote for Fred Flinstone's breakfast boulders.. but they aren't called that anymore.. but everytime Tescos' rebrand it it goes down to 99p.. They are a kind of mixture between Corn Pops and suger puffs.. look like Corn Pops - tastes like sugar puffs.. mmm.. lots of sugar and E numbers - but fortified with the 7 essential daily vitamins which are essential.. obviously..

Oooh this is a really hard one

But I can't believe no-one's mentioned coco-pops! Means you can have chocolate milkshake for breakfast; can't be bad.

Crunchy Nut corn flakes are great for the first two mouthfuls then they turn to sludge and just taste like normal cornflakes. Ditto for weetabix though weetabix sludge is nicer.

Incidentally has anyone ever tried cornflakes with fresh strawberries - mmm! Not mentioning any brand names but supermarket own-brands just won't do!

Oh dear you can tell I've given this matter a lot of thought. Possibly too much... oh well

NB I never eat breakfast any more just a vanilla latte and a b&h sorts me out in the morning.

(Admittedly, yesterday I did have rice risotto for breakfast, but I heated it first).

Weetos are my favourite, despite the theory that was put forward in the pub about how they're made.

It involves a hairdryer, a chisel and a lack of toilet paper, but I think I should leave it there

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

And Brown sugar!

I second that motion

for all you Gaiman fans, I was just wondering of this could be called a Cereal convention?

(for others, it was a really bad pun and I am very sorry )

It was a day for screaming at inanimate objects.

What this calls for is a special mix of psychology and extreme violence...

I loved ricicles (aka Crispy Sugar Ballons aka Kiddie Crack) when i was a kid. They were indeed phat. Don't rate the new americanised Captain Rik too highly though. He used to look like he was from some crazy comic like Whizzer & Chips; but now he looks like that annoying kid out of lost in space.

Does anyone remember the Henry's Cat Cereal? I remember the box, but not what it actually tasted like\was made of.
