Hello everybody

I am Cyrille and I practise poïs from 3 years ago, and work actualy in videos projects.

" Poi-Art 1 " is my first project, or rather I would say, a first try. My choreography in this videos is completely improvised, and the editing, minimalist...So please,be indulgent and patient.

In the future I will create a web site in which I will present you my theory on the practice by photographic illustrations and videos. I will also présent you my musical compositions and my future clips which will be this time synchronized on the music.

I hope that this video will please you, don't hesitate to send me your construcives remarks.

See you in Grece this summer...

Cyrille

Nice.

Your spinning was good. You have great control especially in regards to your polyrythms and stalls. It was also a good demonstration of flowers. I feel, however, that you lack creativity and movement. Perhaps try to work on that a bit.

Let's turn those old bridges we crossed into ashes.
We'll blaze a new trail,
and torch the rough patches.

Ho spento dopo 2 minuti perchè era tutto uguale.

Io poteva scrivere in inglese but the think was that I've posted this video on 3 different forums at the same time, so I'm really sorry to have writed this message in french.
I just want to present me with my poi...

No worries, glad that you can understand my Italian too wink .

The video itself seemed to have so many dropped frames, which I have problems with too when capturing video... that problem I can resolve with £2000 and buy myself an NASA industrial type home PC, but I will have to make do with the one I currently have.

i really like the video and your spin are really nice, but i d say the same thing as icon theres is no mouvement and sadly it makes the video a bit boring, you d work on that, maybe try some dance, yoga or taichii which makes the difference

anyway keep working

and thanks for the video

Very nice spinning, although in my opinion a poi video shouldn't be more than around three minutes long.
