Greetings all,

I've noticed in my travels many many different kinds of staff handles.

From bare metal, to masking tape, duct tape, insulation tape (guilty) Bound leather, Hop Style with bound leather over suede, and the texutured rubber as found on the concentrate.

My question to you all is, what do you prefer? if not on poll, or presently made, reply.

Mine for the record, is the Concentrates textured rubber, other than the fact that water is a natural lubricant for rubber so once you get a sweat on... yeah, no use at all.

Anywho, pick your top two.

tennis racket and bike handle grip are very different. Hell, even some squash racquet and hockey grips are very different.

grips you forgot:

neoprene
just suede (no leather side up)
inner tube (rubber, but not textured)
hessian tape / fabric of any kind. (towel is quite good)
fabric tape (not duck tape, the sports shop grippy kind)
silicon tube
silicone tape
self vulcanizing rubber tape.

I stil haven't tried chamois leather.... I wish... I should go down to aitken and niven and get some...

I like the chamois idea, as for self vulcanising rubber tape, my experiementation shows that this disolves in kerosene...
