this is a thread for spinning/poi/staff related gangsta rap lyrics!
here's my really bad contribution: (I just had it lying around! honest!)
Here's something you might find hard to swallow, but I was doing the 7bt weave back when it was cross follow.
I do the weave with ease, 9 beat at a squeeze, so put down your poi or please! I'll put you on your knees.
My eleven beat anti-spin weave makes you forget to breathe.
your atomics make me want to vomit,
your attempt at negative space, badly burned your face.
you tried to impress me with your new straightjacket,
all I saw was a noob going spastic.
I'll go through negative space then hybridise an infinite hyperloop
you'll post online trying to find people for your new fire troupe.
please don't spam me with your "I just invented the thru wrap"
let me get on with learning infinite buzzsaw air-wraps.

Yeah - his whole career has been built around it.
Some of his early stuff was quite amusing but it got really boring when he continued feeling sorry for himself after making millions.

My two hobbies (spinning and DJ'ing) are both scenes that positively encourage geekery.
I'm still failing in my attempt to combine the two though
