I'm making a profile of musical arrangements so far from the film Amélie and fancy working on a choral piece. So I thought I could take the first lines of the film and put it together with the music, not too sure which piece yet though.
Anyway, Ive looked everywhere but can only find these lines in English . . . . (but would like them in French)

On September 3rd 1973, at 6:28pm and 32 seconds, a bluebottle fly capable of 14,670 wing beats a minute landed on Rue St Vincent, Montmartre. At the same moment, on a restaurant terrace nearby, the wind magically made two glasses dance unseen on a tablecloth. Meanwhile, in a 5th-floor flat, 28 Avenue Trudaine, Paris 9, returning from his best friend's funeral, Eugène Colère erased his name from his address book. At the same moment, a sperm with one X chromosome, belonging to Raphaël Poulain, made a dash for an egg in his wife Amandine. Nine months later, Amélie Poulain was born.

So if anyone has a hand in french . . . . ?

Le 3 septembre 1973, à 18 heures minutes et 32 secondes, une mouche bleue de la famille des Califoridé, capable de produire 14670 battements d'aile à la minute, se posait rue Saint-Vincent à Montmartre.... A la même seconde, à la terrasse d'un restaurant, à deux pas du moulin de la galette, le vent s'engouffrait comme par magie sous une nappe, faisant danser les verres, sans que personne ne s'en aperçoive... au même instant, au 5è étage du 28 de l'avenue Trudaine dans le IXe arrondissement, Eugène colère, de retour de l'enterrement de son meilleur ami Emilie Maginau, en effaçant le nom de son carnet d'adresses.. toujours à la même seconde, un spermatozoïde pourvu d'un chromosome X, appartenant à M. Raphaël Poulain, se détachait du peloton pour attendre un ovule, neuf mois plus tard, naissait Amélie Poulain.....
