Posted: Congratulations! It's fun, huh? I wouldn't call this advice (because it's pretty obvious) but it's worth mentioning. I worked up the nerve last spring to do arm wraps. The first time I did it with fire, I forgot that I usually spin wearing a tank top... So, make sure you wear sleeves long enough. (Although I kind of like the matching crescent shaped scars I got on my inner-upper arms where the hot metal washers hit me. The fire's not the issue, the metal is)
