Posted:Hi! My name's Maddy, and I live in Perth, Western Australia. I started poi about a month ago, cause I saw a performance which was fantastic. And I kinda need help. I would love to have some lessons, but that's not what I'm gonna ask about. Does anyone have any suggestions to prevent/help get rid of strained muscles in the shoulders and arms? My left shoulder is strained and I can't do poi for a while ( ) So, can I have some suggestions to help me out? From beginners or experienced, I don't mind.
