Greetings: perhaps someone knows where I can find information regarding the activity of spinning poi for enhancing the left brain/right brain energy for children and senior citizens. I have read that in NZ the first year students might have poi available in music class. And I understand the activity could injure an elder person's wrists. Any pointers would be most appreciated. thanks, Swedemom
