Posted:Hey all

I've got a gig coming up in the London area on 31st October and I need a couple of musicians.

I'm after either:

~ A good didgeredoo player (as in performance level good)

or

~ A wooden flute player (there's a "woody" theme)

and a good drummer (possibly 2), preferably someone who's worked with the above musician, but not essentially. The type of drum isn't so important; djembe, bodhrun, doumbek etc. But you (they) have to be able to play with the above musician.

It's a halloween gig, and you'll likely be performing for around 2 hours.

If you (or someone) can make this - please PM me with what you do and how much you charge so I can pass this on to the client.

Cheers guys

Dunno about doing two hours tho, but I got a mate who can bum whistle for two minutes straight and once we've rigged him up to the sustain pedal and added some reverb I'm sure we can get close to two hours! biggrin

Get your people to talk to our people and we'll talk turkey, it's best to leave the description of our "wooden flute" for a phone conversation wink

Posted:I would - if I lived anyway near London or had a decent wooden flute... Sorry.

Hope you find someone though.

My brain is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, but unfortunately not as tasty.

Empty your mind. Be formless, Shapeless, like Water.
Put Water into a cup, it becomes the cup, put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, put water into a teapot, it becomes the teapot.
