i have set up a community circus for young people in my area. i have got all the equiptment and a few bookings for workshops but i want to get the kids coming in every week to eventuly put on a production that can tour festivals, events and old peoples homes and any one else who has time to watch.
so basicly im looking for tip and guidence on anything you think i may need to know.

Posted: yep nice one dunc we have them all bare the pli but we are sorting that out next week. any one else got advice?
i also want to make posters and get them laminated and stuff to put up on the walls when we do workshops like:
termonoligy
basic tricks
names of the equiptment
as well as confidence bosting things not sure like what yet but if anyong got any suggestions
