Could anyone help me out with a bit of advice please? I'm looking to take some photos of spinning with my SLR, but I'm not entirely sure about shutter speeds and apertures in the dark with fire. I know the shutter speed should be quite slow, but I have shaky hands (maybe I should cut down on the beer?) and I tend to find that any photos I do get are very blurry. And I'm never entirely sure about aperture settings. I know it should be open pretty wide to take in more light when it's dark, so does it work better with the faster shutter speed? And do you still get the same trails from the fire/glow poi then?

Any help that anyone can give me would be great!! ubblove
