Does anyone know where I can get paraffin on tap in Manchester? I know one place in Glastonbury, which is fine when I'm visiting the hippies but I could do with finding somewhere in Manchester, preferably South Manchester.

Anyone?

Checked those places, they only have prepack 4 litres for £4.99. I tried phoning fuel suppliers and have ordered a 205 litre drum for £135 + VAT. A much better price!

It is a big outlay, but it means I get paraffin for 70p a litre rather than £1.25 and I also am not putting loads of plastic containers in a landfill.

I don't think you're supposed to put them in the recycling because they've had fuel in, same as car oil containers.
