Ok, so the deal is, weekend meet, along the Wales/England border.
Dates: 29th Sept-1st October
Location: Court Farm Campsite , Llanthony, nr. Abergavenny for a minimal fee of £2 per person per night. 4 quid!! Two pubs within walking distance and a really old priory... Court farm have said they will cordon off half the campsite for camping and spinning, but no bonfires sorry!
All other information can be found on the wiki including a list of attendees definately and maybe, please add your name as soon as possible if you're coming because i need to let the campsite know!
Wiki is at borderpatrol.wikispaces.com. And contains also a space for arranging lifts. The nearest train station is Abergavenny and it's 15mins drive, so if you come by train at all, please put it on there, you WILL need a lift!
if anyone is coming by train, can you please please please let me know beforehand what time roughly you will arrive in abergavenny, because i am less than convinced that my phone will work!

if i have my devil sticks i can teach some one how to do them easy... might have some fire clubs to little harder to teach though

clubs without fire i could deal with (pyrophobic which means i'll be in a li'l corner in the field with my glowpois far far away for the rest of you lol). i can juggle very slightly with three balls, but clubs have excaped my mind logically - i can never get them to fall the right way around.
also, what are devil sticks - ive heard of them and all i can gather little sticks with extra bits off them - interesting but totally unable to understand it.

Jo Jo, post on Wiki that you need a lift, sure someone can bring you from brizzle, if not, a train goes to Abergavenny and there will have to be pick ups from there for sure for sure...

devil sticks basicaly a stick which you tap in between two handsticks but each end is on fire..... You should learn to juggle rings next f you can juggle balls as it teachs you the backspin for clubs. i can have a go at teaching it to someone

i am sure you will pick it up really fast its easy once u get used to it....
Well looking forward ot the meet up now finaly got the lift for the lot i am going with sorted now just need to sort out the equipment as i was only planning to take my toys but its now become aparent that i have to order i load of new stuff to as well.... and get a tent sorted for myself which i dont actualy have anymore.
Any Rules on coloured flames? Also any rules on nosie after a certain time?

nothing that campsite woman has mentioned about noise, i think it would be a good idea to bear in mind that there may be other people on the campsite, and in the self-catering places nearby, it's a pretty quiet area as you will have guessed if you look at the map, but i'm sure as long as there's no mammothly loud music at 4am, there will be no problems.
I'm not sure about the coloured flames, that's pretty much up to you, but given that it is a campsite, bear in mind what any chemicals might do to the grass, (which i have no idea of, since i've never bothered with coloured flames...)

hmm okay ta... Was just wondering if i was allowed to spin to music all night cuz thats fun.... Will there be place to put rubbish and can we smoke on site cuz i know some campsites are a bit funny bout smoking due to butts etc

case of wait and see on the music front methinks. There may also be some places further away from the campsite where we can spin late... As for rubbish, all the facilities (toilets etc) are in the nearby car park (hence the 2 quid price) and am sure they will have a dumpster there also, and smoking is not a problem, although out of courtesy i'm going to make sure that field is clean of litter before we all leave

i am willing to pick up Jo and Sym but it will be a tight squeeze as far as all of our camping gear in the back, but we can manage. pick up in Newbury? is Molly dog coming because i dont think there is enough room
i will be doing a mini workshop on monkeyfist and knot tying so bring some kevlar or regular rope if you interested
