And the r.weave -> windmill -> f.weave combo (or vice-versa) is often called a fountain too. In your case, could have been a bit cleaner.

Posted:One suggestion I would make is to relax. You are keeping your arms way out in front of you when you spin. Try to spin more with your elbows bent at a 90 degree angle with your forearms parallel to the ground.
