One of my two coworkers who constantly makes me think maybe drugs are the answer to life's problems basically said today that it was bad to put up a sign about not faxing incomplete charts because (most of) the people who worked up front have been working this job for years.

Now, anyone who's been working any kind of medical reception for months nevermind years and can't understand not to fax a chart with no doctors notes needs their head checked anyway, but....

what. the. censored

I don't understand people? What on earth is her point? Why is someone's undeserved ego more important than doing a simple part of a job right? And if its such an insult to have such a sign up, then WHY IS IT NECESSARY?

"experience' is over-rated.

i cant get a job behind a bar because "i have no practical experience", but how can i get it without someone letting me in the door?

they don't really tend to listen overly much....
