Well Falmouth is a long way off from now, if you're eager to go to a meet then probably look for one in the Worcester Area which will be smaller but more frequent.

Falmouth would be a hard one to top if it was your first so I'd suggest you start small...

I completely disagree....falmouth rocks!

The first time i met hoppers was last year at a Falmouth meet, and I'm so glad i did it that way.

Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and generally fantastic!

Hopefully see you there! biggrin

lol that sounds good! (not at all bias! tongue)

am looking to go somewhere that will be like that, friendly and easy to get into cos i tend to be a little shy meeting people! but im actually not shy at all! lol.
and i have (almost) persuaded a friend to come with me who has recently got some juggling balls and is trying for the first time to juggle/poi etc, so want to encourage her too! lol. so it seems kind of appropriate to go to something like this with her.

just thought i would ask opinions first! lol.

only thought about it recently cos i didnt want to do too much before i finnished my Alevels, but finnished my exams now, so im free! lol

If not, I shall see you here. Well, in Falmouth anyways... I hope biggrin

Take care
x

i hope so too

on another note Vik_ you will find alot of people didn't know anyone when they went to their first falmouth... i know i didn't and it started off as scary as hell but then HOPpers came and helped and i have never looked back. every one is so loverly and friendly you will be fine.
although going to other meets is always a good idea too.

not sure if i am going to be able to come, its term time, means money and having someone to look after kiddies oh and getting there... ahh well who knows i may get to go hug

yeh but seems pointless waiting for a big meet when you could find people closer to you to play with in the meantime and also through meeting people local recruit them to come down to the falmouth meet with you when its on

My first meet was a falmouth meet (all be it a smaller Christmas one) but I would recommend it to anyone. The thought of meeting so many new people all at once might be a bit frightening but take the plunge. You will never regret it.

Oh and now I have a laminator at home, who needs a new name badge biggrin My old one is very tatty as I'm sure some of yours are. The first 50 to add their name to the list below will get one. Please quote this and add your name to the list. Remember to put the full name you wish to be on the badge on the list. As I'm not made of money it will have to be only the first 50 that I can do. biggrin
