Pete: try making your long arm straighter. your arms were bent when they were outstretched. other than that, some nice hybrids.

Yay for Australia, hopefully i'll be back in Feb/March I'd disagree with Ed about straight arms, i've recently been practising not fully extending my armsfor flowers and suchlike - it gives you a bit more control with things (as you can bend you elbow) and gives more control over mirrored points in hybrids and such like (Watch any of Ronan's videos, he rarely fully extends his arms

Great video man, love your technical prowess. The mirror was cool too, quite bizarre when you went to turn the camera off and you appeared from a completely different place than I had come to expect from seeing you in the mirror. Hope you're learning lots of awesome moves, looking forward to seeing you back in Melbourne.
