okay now don't flame me PLEASE!

but i'm haveing troubles with orbitals (airwarps) w/e they be called. when i try to go into one from a 3b weave my glow sticks, or what ever i'm useing at the time, tend to just sail right past eachother. NOw heres my question, how can you control the angles of your strings, chains, what have you, with spinning? Is it just Practice, Practice, and more practice? or is there a trick to it?

You know what I'm thinking about right now? That's right, Tacos!

Yeah it's generally just practise. I tend to go into airwraps/hyperloops/whatever with my poi at an angle of 30 degrees - but to begin with you can try with say 45 degrees just to get them to tangle. It is a bit of a pain to begin with as it's against all of the nice clean planes you try and practise to begin with wink

Important is the initial angle between Poi tales. Than you can control the angles by moving the center and by pulling the tailes.

Remember that the tangle is dextrorotatory and (the other word cant found), like DNA.

(Usualy left hand on left side and right on right, tangle

the other Poi from above.)

If you place your Poi on the ground and simulate tangle,

from side to buzzsaw and out, than you will see, if you

put Poi in buzzsaw, that

as tangle rotate inside the tangle change its orientation

every single beat.

Answer when you move tangle in buzzsaw, why one time you

leave buzzsaw and Poi separte and one time not.

Ok that tangly stuff can wait at least another few months for me i think! Glad to see the weather changing, the only place I can practice is outside so I don't get chance in winter really. Now that the sun is/was shining, I've started trying a few new moves like the btb stuff. I think backwards seems like it's going to be easier but my left hand still hasn't worked out that my leg is a solid object! I'm off on tour into the countryside next week though so plenty of time for spinning!
