I don't know if you were setting up the pics or they were just taken throughout your spin, but either way your feet are almost always stuck and you're standing up straight like a board, move around a bit. I used to be like that too since I taught myself and the majority of my spinning has been inside. but the more you move the more it will flow and the more natural it will become.

Thats so true! it just feels so much more fluid when moving your body with your Poi, try it out with some socks smile
