Posted:I've spun too much before. When I first used my poi my fingers semi blistered it was more of a red rash on the inside of my fingers. Last night i spun for about half an hour in the cold and now i have 4 chubby fingers. Or at least they feel chubby.

My uncle Trevor used to work as a cleaner of those giant high-speed centrifuges used in the chemical industry- up to the sad day when one was accidently switched on while he was still inside.

If he'd survived the incident, I'm fairly sure that he would have been of the opinion that-
