where to buy kevlar in the UK

Because of the coloured flames i use i get through kevlar wick very quickly. After weeks of searching i cannot find a bulk supplier at a reasonable price without ordering for the states, and after tax vat etc... it doesn't really save me money. anyone have any ideas

Best value I've found is HoP shop, and that includes postage.

hop shooping is very cheap including delivery, but once you have added VAT and other charges it comes to about the same price, although the wick is very wide !!!

oddballs and firetoys are both very expensive, there must be a actual maker of the product somewhere within the uk.

isn't there ?????

There is, but he sells bulk... and your best bet is hop... Ive had trouble with both fire toys and oddballs kevlar rope... and neither of them offer such a fantastic community like hop!!!

go with malcom! delivery is super fast (very very fast - suprisinly so!)

passing through, this world still lives.

I was looking for a wick producer for years and couldn't find one... shrug

whoever has found such connection usually sits and breeds "golden eggs" on it... [/joking]

unless you buy 100m's at a time - you won't really find a factory wasting their time on you... rolleyes

so I's also highly recommend Malcolm...
