I'd say so, lots of my mates do medicine, well about 9 or 10... and they describe it much like my course at tho mo, which is lots of chemistry and biology...

I did bio, chem and phsyics at GCSE, then Physics and Chem at A-level and now i study a pharmaceutical science degree which is mainly chem and biology.... so science me up baby ubblol

year 11 (2nd to last year at school) - out of 10 total subjects (i think) i did: 3 units of maths, two of physics, one of chem.

Year 12: one maths, one physics.

Uni: aviation physics 1N, Aerodynamics and Aircraft systems, navigation and meterology.

tafe: all sorts of electrical based bollox. mostly low end stuff though.

I'm starting to think i should maybe have studied physics beyond g.c.s.e. level, everyone here keeps saying it's hard, i thought it was maths embelished with philosophy and not that difficult at all.
Only science i studied was Dual Award Science at g.c.s.e (chem, bio & physics combined) somehow got two B's when the only years i was actualy taught any science by a competent teach was in my second and third years of high school confused
