Chocfest will be happening on the 11th Feb 2006.

Joseph Rowntree School (YO32 4BZ) are very enthusiastic about having us

back, so we're all booked in. smile For those who came to CFX it's the same

venue, though we'll probably be moving the location of the urn so we don't

set the fire alarm off again. (For some reason that stuck in their

minds.) Their only major request is that high heeled shoes aren't worn in

the sports hall or gym, so if you were thinking of wearing high heels,

feel free to bring them but you won't be allowed to wear them inside until

the event moves to the Assembly Hall in the evening.

We have some very tough judges lined up for the Chocfest Chocolate Cake

Challenge, so don't forget to bring your preferably home-made chocolate

cakes (entry into the challenge also entitles you to a discount to CF

itself).

Things are looking promising for a cup-stacking workshop and demonstration.

The website should now have been updated wink

I'm a student at York University, and I've got floor space for about 2 people if they want it. I'll definatly be going along, as will most of the Juggling Society here.

After much consideration, I find that the view is worth the asphyxiation.

I'm going to be running a beginner's staff workshop, and possibly helping out with cakes and stuff. Lots of University people who juggle and stuff will be coming, so it should be quite busy!

See some of you there!

Like I said above, anyone (you) could stay with me, I've got floorspace free (although you will be sleeping in a bed, so "floorspace" is kind of a misnomer rolleyes).

Unfortunately I live in York, so won't be able to provide transport from London frown

Next weekend! Woot! ubbrollsmile

We've already had a trial run of a solid chocolate Diablo, but no-one tried spinning it... which was a bit silly really... I mean, what's the point if you don't spin it? frown

Looking forward to it though!! You coming Aimee? Or running into transport difficulties?

also, mr sethis. buses from your place to the center and then on to hull. how if they're often? or if at.... running?

Buses run from University to the town centre and train station every 10 minutes or so, so it's easy enough to get around (I assume you're travelling by train back to Hull).

They were saying at the Scottish that you get in for half price if you bring a choclate cake.

I should be going!

Is it easy to get to from the train station?
