there are a few ways, but the one that i find that works the best for me is called "time warping" where you sleep 2hrs later each day and thus would wake up 2hrs later than you did the day before. Keep doing that till you're sleeping and waking up at the desired times. It messes with your body somewhat, but it works.

Just enjoy it. It was so crazy when i travelled for 30 hours from uk to nz, took a over a week to get over it. I love it tho, it's so surreal. I find it's best to push through once you land to the following night. ie stay up even longer than you want to. Then when you finally go to sleep you are super tired and it kinda kick starts the process.

That coupled with heavy drinking and obscene behaviour will work wonders.

yup. or try to catch a small siesta. that puts me back on track no problem...

or, just don't worry about it, eventually you will get back to what you consider normal, until then just go with it smile

I have to change my body clock a lot, switching from different jobs. i do it by not sleeping for a long time, and then going to sleep 8 hours before i have to start waking up. works for me. and it adds a day to your life biggrin
