Posted: Cramps. Period pain. Those terrible terrible pains in your stomach one week a month.
I happen to get them really badly (although strangely didn't get them half as bad when I was travelling as when I'm at home) and I was wondering, what remedies do you have? I hate to just take a paracetemol unless I really, realy have to (but I will take one tonight before going to work), so does anyone have any herbal ideas or foods with certain vitamins or ANYTING!!! The good ol' hot waterbottle only helps so much!
