Swindon's First HoP Meet
Location: Lower Shaw Farm, Swindon, Wiltshire.
Lower Shaw Farm
Date: 3/4/5 February
Price: Fri - Mon: £25, or £10 per night
Price includes: Fri and Sat evening meal (vegan but damn good, that's coming from a meat-eater!); Breakfast (on a help yourself and help each other basis); approx. 35 beds available, plus warm indoor crash space, maximum capacity of 50 people. Everyone must bring sleeping bags. EVERYTHING on first come first served basis!
Various activities available in surrounding area chosen by you. A few ideas: Possible trip to nearby (20min car journey) stone circle
or to local park for mass fire fun (not enough space for everyone to spin at once on the farm)
There is some indoor spin-space incase of evil evil rain.
There will be campfires, possible fire-sculptures if people are interested and are willing to chip in a couple of quid for the paper edge roll (more details can be got if interest is expressed).
Anyway, that's enough for now.

i don't really have "lots of money" as i kep buying toys.
and was already planning on the circus joining but if i wait then my parents can pay for me to go to circomedia.

jake mine is a "da bomb", dopnt know if its a goood make, seems pretty good to me though
and yoni, run far away from home, you wont need your mum to pay for circomedia because its fuckking free for two years from 16 to 18 years old.......i found that out this year, which is a tad annoying seeing as i'm 18 in july.........that's a scary thought, i'm almost eighteen!!
so run away and come to swindon, dont worry about money lol...i never do

A bit more detail for ya'll . . .
From the M4 Motorway:
1.Leave at Junction 16 and follow signs towards Swindon (A3102).
2.At the first roundabout after the motorway, turn left. Follow this road (Whitehill Way) over several roundabouts, passing the ‘Link’ Sports Centre to your right. (Ignore first sign to ‘Shaw’).
3.Carry straight on until you start seeing signs to Shaw.
4.Turn left as directed at a roundabout just before the big yellow ‘meccano’ building.
5.Still following signs to Shaw turn left at the next roundabout.
6.Then take the third turning on the left into Old Shaw Lane. The farm is on the right 500yds down the lane.
From central Swindon Look for signs for the M4 (WEST) or West Swindon District Centre (Link Centre), then follow directions as above.

I was supposed to ask people to make sure they bring a sleeping bag if possible. Otherwise we end up having to wash 20+ douvet covers and sheets
There will be extra blankets etc. as well.
There are some people who said a while ago that they are coming but haven't said anything since. If this applies to you it would be cool if you could give us a ring to let us know if you are still coming, and when. The number is 01793 771080.
If you don't ring us, don't worry about it. Anyone is always welcome
Remember you can still pm me if you need my mobile no. it will be easier to get hold of me on that. I will keep checking HoP throughout tomorrow . . .
