aahh. it's 1:30am and just finished an hour of practice. it's great fun in the mooonlight. i can see my shadow against the house. very helpful.

anyone have trouble trouble doing rotors both ways when they started ?? i am right handed and begin with staff in my left and spin. but when i start with staff in my right hand... i have troubles keeping it centered.

any tips ??

have both arms moving symmetrically.
in matching each other mirror-like will the not-so-good arm™ learn the grace and precision of the betterer hand™.

that and eat more vitamin B. I suggest vegemite.
