I think Linden_rathen knows of a streetlights supplier.
His ones are very pretty

I found a company in the US that were willing to ship worldwide. Can't remember who it was but i'lll try to find them again. Watch this space...

They sell at whole sale prices and will ship overseas. I emailed them for a price and they got back to me within the week.

Streetlights? Why would you want to source them? Your local council should provide ample street lighting, and they should automatically switch on at around dusk.
