For EJC Ireland 2006, we have secured the use of the largest indoor

hall in Ireland, with plenty of fields for tents, camping and fun, all

on the same site. We realise that the dates are significantly earlier

than many of you were expecting, but if we held the EJC in August, as

in previous years, we would be unable to use a site of this quality.

Our priority is to deliver a great convention, and that is what we are

concentrating on doing!

Now added to the website :

Travel Information

Photos of the hall

Accommodation Options

Forums now added - arrange lifts to Millstreet, and chat about the EJC here!

Please direct any questions or comments to info@ejc2006.net

We look forward to seeing you all here!

Helen

Thank you all for your enthusiasm without which we wouldn't be able to sustain the necessary energy to run this monster peace

Our main update is that we are hoping to open pre-registration in early February to get the ball rolling smile

The website has been updated with pictures of our HUGE hall, and information about getting there: EJC Ireland 2006 Homepage

We're still keeping the entertainment under wraps until things are confirmed, but it's got me bounceing with excitement already

If any of you have suggestions, questions anything to add, feel free to PM me wink

Can't wait to see you all - new faces and familiar ones hug

Can you make sure to have overpriced TShirts AT the event? Two years ago I had to wait months for my overpriced TShirt.

Oh, and... since you asked... I prefered lanyards for the "pass to get in and out" over back packs.

smile

Thank you in advance for all the crap you will be dealing with that I'll never even hear about.

I can safely say that this will be the best EJC ever.

Molly and I have plans. And time and money.

And thems some dangerous combinations.

But rest assured I will think of you often.

Mostly in the context of "Wow, I can't believe Bluecat is missing this" and "Wow, that's something that Bluecat would have really enjoyed"

wink

Nobody should have to wait for a tshirt. I don't understand that at all confused And out of interest, what is an overpriced tshirt? Just doing a little market research ubbrollsmile

Depends on who I was talking to. I do call you bluecat to some.

I think $10-$20 is the appropriate range for TShirts. $10 being incredibly cheap, $20 being a bit pricey. $25 making me groan and stomp and have to justify it by saying "it's for a good cause" and such.

Well, shall we go?
Yes, let's go.

Hellz - adult pre-registration price will PROBABLY be €85 (but it's not definate yet). Registration at the door will be significantly more expensive, so book ahead of time. Hope to see you there Hellz hug

T-shirts won't be more than €15. In fact they'll probably be €12. Hope that's acceptable?

And there will be free t-shirts for those who do a significant amount of volunteering during the week ....

mmm, I'm definately interested. And I'm definately broke as well unfortunately. I will have to see a bit closer to the time how much it all adds up to. I've always wanted to go to Ireland though, so I would have to see if I could turn it into a bit of a road trip too. Well, I'll have to see!

can i getta whoop whoop. i'm going if it kills me. and it will, financially. cole let's go together!! now if i could just keep you out of that tent... must remember to thrash bammy's feet with a ruler to get her out of the mood... you need some sun. wink (actually upon consideration she'd probably go for that kind of thing if outfits were involved)

will there be water slides this year? it's hard to top that, it made for such a romantic atmosphere, everyone walking around in their skivvies, you know.

still MUST learn italian before i go anywhere. ubblove that woman's been haunting me all year. ubbangel

methinks helen's avatar needs to cut down on the crack. or is it just excited about EJC?
