My dear spinning friend is off to Goa and wants to know if there is a regular spin scene there or some Hoppers to meet.

also. how is fuel sold overseas? is there a trusted brand? (I prefer white gas -- and i don't want to end up getting gasoline, and explode on a very scenic beach in india either)

In Goa normally there are some people who swing and do other fire things,
just need to find them, or on the beaches or party’s (if there is).
It’s good to bring your own poi from home
and the liquid or carossin is the local name (it’s like oil lamp / petroleum),
you can find almost in any shop.
They use it for coocking, so just need to ask around.
