when you are having a bad day?
when everything just seems to be going wrong? and when you are just generally upset and feeling down?
im that way today, keep wanting to cry and feel a bit lathargic and spaced out and just want to get back to being me but i cant?
any ideas?

When I'm feeling blue I put a weepy movie on, grab some ice cream and blart my eyes out. I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning I feel much better.
It's always good to get it out (weepy movies help ya cry)

i cried when i got to work but i had also got a parcel to pick up which i did and when i opened it the tears soon dried up and i had a nice pink fluufy outfit for sundissentials in november
