Posted:Actually my mom does it too....it preservers bread. If you buy too much like at costco or somewhere cuz you are stocking up....freeze it. That is the best preservation for things bought in bulk....separate it all and freeze it.

And my fiance has been known to freeze tuna sandwiches - apparently if you take them out in the morning they are defrosted and taste like fresh by lunchtime.
