First encounter with it was when I was about 8 or something and I had this really bad cold with blocked nose and everything. Me mum rubbed some of it on my chest and had the weirdest heating/cooling sensation ever...I was never the same after that experience tongue

But yeah, overrated since you used to see it all the time on chinese adverts in HK... biggrin makes your clothes stink forever until you wash it though frown
