I'm trying to learn to do a single-hand roll with my staff (you can see an animation of the move here, just click "easy moves" and it's the third one down, on the right side of the page - the one where she's spinning it around her right hand only) My strategy so far has just been to try it over and over and see if I can eventually get it right... but I was wondering in anyone had some tips that might point me in the right direction. thanks
