I attempted a search, but had no luck frown

I have 2 parties coming up and both of them require costumes.

One is a Halloween party, and I have no idea what to wear.
I saw on here once something about a dead ballerina? anyone remember that

I really can't help out much here, but if you're looking to get something made, Gothfroggette is in a bit of money trouble atm, so you could probably come to some exchange arrangement there...

I would take up the offer, but I only have a few days to get it, and I too have money issues until I get a job (which will hopefully be soon)

Halloween costume. Easy. Come as a ghost. eek Big white sheet (possibly from from op shop), cut out holes for eyes, put over head. Tie around neck with white ribbon (or torn off hem of sheet) or string to keep it in place. Instant ghost biggrin

Me and friend went to a fancy dress party as a granny recently, it was much fun. No one knew who we were at first, they thought we were coming to complain about the noise. Then the whole place erupted in laughter! I'll share some pics with you if you like, I'll upload some to my gallery....

A friend of mine went to a halloween party as a CEREAL KILLER

a few years back

clicky clicky

it isn't the best pic but you get the idea .. . .

and stuck lots of small boxes of cereal to him, with axes in them .. . was quite ingenious I thought. . .

hmm, thanks for the ideas guys.
Matt: I like your idea about the cereal killer, but how would you stick the boxes to him?

Anyone remember the dead ballerina though?

Also, forgot to mention the other party, for which the costume is compolsury... the theme is cartoons, superheroes and movies.
Any suggestions for this one?

Go as an evil clown, its great because you can actually do circus skills, and there is a lot of people who are terrified of clowns, and you will really scare them. That is what I'm going to do!
