I always wonder where people are from HOP, what their lives are like, and what the place from which they are posting is like.

My idea is that people can post up here where they are, what time it is, what the weather outside is and something about their day. So for me it would be something like -

London, 3.34pm cloudy but warm outside. At lunch today i was surprised how warm it was for October.

I'm not sure what the purpose will be, but i think some responses might be quite interesting.

anyone else?? biggrin

Still in MI myself altho my housemate is on his way to california. I have work tommorow so couldn't go. Its a more depressing sort of grey than yesterday, and I don't have much in the way of forced exercise today so... hey wait, the person i was talking to just said he was leaving for an hour. Surely its time to go to the store and buy food (for me) and dvd's (for him).

biggrin

I don't know what temperature it is, I've finally turned the heat on! w00t!

Almost finished work. Looking around the office, feeling sad because soon we'll have to leave this place & I'll be jobless. I finished watching a few episodes of anime and still no ideas. Think my mind is on lunch break!

Still hot!

About 4.40PM

Grey but stupidly hot. Because of the times and distances involved, I am cycling to most of my meetings (Lectures start next week) and consequently sweating like a yr 7 whose best excuse for not doing the homework is "My sister ate it"... frown

This is bad because this is my first impression on people in my courses... sweaty and red faced... BAAADDD!

It's dark and dreary outside, and a damn sight colder than yesterday.

All my bits and bobs arrived with the delivery man yesterday, so I'm going to be spending much of my day sitting near a heater and sewing my snakes. smile

begining to wonder when the time will come when it stops being not too warm for t-shirt and not too cold for long jacket. It's just at that annoying inbetween stage when it could be either and if you dress for either tempreture you're probably wrong.

Also wondering how long the next two hours will be before home time wink

I just turned the heat on (set it to about 67/68, and we're in a basement so we won't even get it that high likely....) so i'm letting it warm up a little before I start doing work. I shouldn't be doing work but with the large amount of stressing and small amount of eating I've been doing lately I fear it may be the best choice, as my housemate returns on saturday. No cause to check the (grey and dreary as usual) outside weather yet as I don't have to leave the house for work for another six hours.

It's a bit cooler now, so less of the sweating (although I'm about to go to a Fencing session, so dehydration is probably getting a good run up at me right now).

Only got lost in York 4 times! Quite proud of that, cos it was my first time cycling in by myself. ubblol NEVER trust me with a bike and a map... biggrin

Also slightly worried at the fact the sky is this odd dusky pink/yellow colour yet completely covered in clouds. Looks quite surreal. Hope it's not some wierd alien attack.

Sitting on my sofa under a fluffy blanket, having just watched the 5th DVD of the first series of 24.
It's sooo exciting. What will Jack do next!?

Going to make my dinner in a minute - chilli sausages with noodles and peppers with a Thai chilli sauce.
Odd. umm
Hope it works.

It's been a lovely sunny day here. sunnyI live next to a river, and stood on the decking playing with my poi and amusing the neighbours everytime I hit myself with them.
How do blokes manage with the hitting of poi in delicate places? The amount of times today that I've thanked the gods that I am female.....

hehe
